Aquasense allows users to view their household water consumption, broken down by the appliance. Based on an interactive service, households can save money due to consumption behavior changes. Household members can set goals, keep and update a consumption diary and get through messaging, information on their progress towards their goal and personalized feedback.
With AquaSense, consumers can participate in social networking groups, the ‘reference’ groups, consisting of household units with similar characteristics. Households are categorized according to their consuming performance and best attitudes are rewarded through a ‘green’ on-line membership card with for example discounts on green retailers, advertised in AquaSense app.
By increasing awareness and promoting attitudes change, AquaSense aims to become the motivation for water consumers to behave properly, to gain money and save water resources.
