This invention relates to UV-reactor instrument for cold pasteurization of liquid food products. It utilizes UV-C light, which is well known for its germicidal properties and leaves no trace behind. In this manner, the food products being treated will remain fresh and natural. Not only does the UV-reactor treat the liquid food products with more care than traditional heat pasteurization it also uses 91 % less energy.
