Two ClimateLaunchpad start-ups on the Forbes 30 Under 30 List 2019

This is the 3rd year in a row our start-ups feature on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe List. Last year it was Rainergy and in 2017 Chrysalix Technologies made the cut.

From our competition straight to the 30 most promising innovators
2018 participants HiLyte and FenX claimed their spot on the 2019 List of most promising innovators.

HiLyte develops an iron-consumable-based battery that enables people in emerging countries to get light and charge a phone.

Co-founder Briac Barthes: “Through ClimateLaunchpad we met a community of people who want to change the world, and don’t hesitate to move forward and try new ideas. This community is not only motivating but also provides significant and on-going support.”

FenX turns abandoned mineral waste into high-quality, non-flammable, non-toxic insulation foams. Their foam is produced with zero CO2 emissions.

Founder Etienne Jeoffroy: “We gained new skills and focused on our target of becoming impact-driven entrepreneurs. Joining ClimateLaunchpad was a clear leap forward for us.”
