Gender equality and Social inclusion: Anyone can, and should be part of our programs ! We are particularly proud that more than 50% of our beneficiaries are women !

Less is more: At V-Lab we believe in quality Vs. quantity. We will never compromise on the quality of the support that we provide just to increase the number of people that we serve !

Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitoring our work and measuring its impact is part of our DNA and we always put into question the work that we do to ensure that it is producing results !
