Our product is on-site printed modular housing units. Main printing material is clay mixed with natural fiber materials, which are fired in extrusion process to gain ceramic structure. Our beachhead market is UN Human settlements programme. Ceramic modular units are 40% cheaper than wood modular units plus they are fully equipped. Printers are transportable and they can function in open environment. Modular units are printed in sections for easy transportation and assemble. In 5 years our annual profit will be 45Mn EUR resulting from sales of 1.5Mn m². Compared with wood modular housing, usage of clay results in extremely low amount of CO² (approximately 8 times). Our advantage over our competitors – material availability (main production material is clay), can provide off grid manufacturing, low price, allow unique modular customization as CAD/CAM technologies main advantage.
