CipLab uses the new capabilities of IoT by developing hardware and software to determine and predict the state of health of electric vehicle batteries. Based on empirical and data based algorithms, the state of health of a lithium-ion battery system is analyzed in the form of a cloud-based virtual twin to provide lifetime forecasts and, for example, enable reusing of lithium-ion batteries. CipLab helps companies better understand the state of health of their batteries at any time and can use their data for an optimized sustainable battery usage.
