Raise mealworms from coffee grounds via (spent) mushroom substrate

Our main goal is that fish farmers use an alternative fish feed, that increase fish weight more than easily reachable feed that comes from livestock production or based on soybean or fish bone it comes from the marine).

Our main idea is to collect coffee grounds from major coffee companies then use this as a mushroom substrate to make different mushrooms that helps us to reach the right quality of feed to mealworms. . After the drying we make granules from mealworm larvae, that is our product, what is perfect for carnivore fish species. Advantage also that mealworms reduces the quantity of waste by eating it.

Our dream is to reach at least 60% market share in the UK trout market in the end of the 5th year.
