Dry food industry is a growing market day by day. Most of the industrial dryers are running on solid fuels and electricity. We are planning to design a new type of dryer with a special heat exchange that works with geothermal or solar power and has the same capacity as industrial dryers. The operational costs will be less, and using renewable energy is more suitable for the logic of dry food consumers for sure. Healthy food, clean energy…

To dry a product, it is important to control temperature, ambient humidity, air speed and time. With geothermal or solar energy systems the temperature values are lower when compared to traditional solid fuel systems. We design a modular continuous belt type dryer which runs with special heat exchanger, fan and belt systems that allows to dry the products at lower temperatures.

It also allows to create the most efficient air flow through the product.
