Thanh Hóa, Vietnam is home to the largest pineapple fields in northern Vietnam, with 3700 hectares, producing 35-40 tons of pineapple per hectare annually. With such a massive production scale comes the challenge of disposing food waste, particularly the pineapple peels. This raises an important question: Where do these pineapple peels go?
