Green Anchor Ports (G.A.P.) connects and provides smart waste
solutions to maritime ports. Cruise ships produce thousands of tons of
waste on a daily basis year round which is offloaded in cruise terminal
ports. Some ports(-islands) do not have the sufficient capacity to
handle these waste streams. G.A.P. provides a unique worry-free
service for such ports by sharing a professional network and expertise
to implement small scale sustainable waste management solutions like
anaerobic organic digesters and/ or energy producing incinerators.
Eventually the aim is to turn waste back into a valuable resource.
