We are offering a biodegradable and bio-compostable seedling grow bag called Esco, that serves as food for soil and an alternative replacement for petro-plastic grow bags. Esco Grow bag is bio-fabricated from cellulose pellicles that appear as waste in the production of Kombucha tea, thereby completing the circular loop. Our unique design relies on raw materials that are rich in protein and fibers making it a nutrient-dense food source for soil organisms and plants. The Esco grow bag makes the transplanting process time and energy efficient because it goes into the soil with the seedling and it alleviates the need to massage the plant in order to avoid causing root shock.
