We manufacture cold-pasteurization systems, which uses 91% less energy.


This invention relates to cold pasteurization for liquid food products. It utilizes UV-C light, which is well known for its germicidal properties and leaves no trace behind. In this manner, the food products being treated will remain fresh and natural. Not only does the system treat the liquid food products with more care than traditional heat pasteurization it also uses 91 % less energy.
