MultiCord is remotely controlled ecosystem that uses wifi via smart phone application. User can see real time status of any plugged in device and is also able to create automatic on/off schedules in order to optimize usage of the system. Secondly each one of the sockets is metering how much energy it consumes all this data is stored in the cloud so the user is able to monitor real time consumption and check weekly or monthly usage. This feature is great for finding which devices are increasing electricity bill while are unused. Moreover, each module of the system is independent from each other and can work as stand alone devices but if there are more they can work as a unified system. This allows user to choose the size of the system according to particular needs.
