Pakistan Organic Dirt is an idea to collect the food waste from cafeterias and restaurants and convert it to the compost. Rather than the waste going into dumpsters to drive off into a landfill, we take all those elements to produce high-quality compost for local urban gardeners and farmers. We are going to make a bridge product for the farmers, to shift the farmer from synthetic or inorganic fertilizer to our bridge product and make it as efficient as an inorganic fertilizer.
