On the other hand, businesses are quite conservative in energy efficiency projects because they need up front capital investments. Investors could provide capital which would be paid back from saved money. This would give decent interest rates for investors and new infrastructure for businesses. The platform would take 10% from upfront capital and 1% from monthly payments. Projects would be implemented by local energy efficiency companies, which would help to sell our service as well.
