Roots Food

Trees for Food

In 2013, super typhoon Haiyan hit the Philippines, devastating lands, resulting in huge release of CO2 and impoverished economies, leaving the poor from bad to worse. With the fast growing and resilient Moringa tree we can generate climate adaptive market opportunities. The leaves of Moringa have more than 90+ nutrients 46 antioxidant and 18 amino acids, making it a powerful natural vitamin factory. The leaves can be processed into flakes and powder and added to all kinds of food and beverages. A perfect fit to the Food & Beverage industry in Europe. We are taking a simple and efficient climate change solution; Planting Trees, and making it into a sustainable food business.
