We are designing a multifunctional digital lock and online bike-sharing platform which smartly controls bikers and bike renters sharing activities. Assuming there is a local bike retail store which provides bicycles in the central station of Aachen. The store by using the smart locks (i.e. no extra installation needed) on the bikes and distributing them will be sure that all bicycles are all accessible in each corner of the city. Straight afterward, the retail store connects to the online platform to control all the bikes location and status without even taking care of the locking system energy.
In the other side of this service, users via Smartphone search and find the nearest available bike which easily can take it, ride it and lock it for the next riders.
