However, the global textile industry produces 20% of global wastewater and 10% of global carbon emissions, more than all emissions from international flights and shipping.
Thinking about these facts, I decided to create a Mauritian platform to sell / buy / exchange or donate clothes: Videtonplacard.com, Individuals can post their ads after creating an account. Videtonplacard.com is the obvious answer to a consumption mode that is harmful for the planet. It helps fight against fastfashion and gives a second life to clothes. On this website, individuals can post their ads after creating an account. In return, for each online paid transaction, a commission of 5% is applied.
