It is a simple system that can be installed in vehicles and has the ability to extract hydrogen (on demand) from water when current is passed into the system.
The hydrogen is piped into the air intake of any automobile where it combines with fuel to form a fuel/hydrogen mixture. This resultant mixture burns smoothly and swiftly and emits a very low c02 at the exhaust with water vapour.
