We make Agrocrete® a carbon-negative replacement of conventional building materials like clay bricks, concrete blocks, fly ash bricks, etc.
Apart from capturing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and reversing climate change, Agrocrete® also makes buildings energy efficient by being thermally insulating. This helps us create tremendous value for our customers by saving many costs. Constructing with Agrocrete® is cheaper by 30% (incl. carbon credits), and the lifetime cost of operating the building reduces by over 25%.
The problems we solve are also huge. About 40% of global carbon dioxide emissions come from the built environment, and 8% of all GHG emissions emerge from crop residue burning. By utilizing crop residues as the raw material for Agrocrete®, we help prevent the emissions of harmful particulate matter emissions that claim the lives of lakhs of people in India.
